- TWO SEMINARS WERE HELD IN BUENOS AIRES FOR THE TRAINING OF EXPERTS ON THE SCRIPT CONCORDANCE TEST.

Such events were aimed to the training of Pediatric specialists for the development of Script Concordance Test.

Two new seminars, organized by the Institute PRACTICUM of Applied Research in Health Sciences Education, were held in the last two weeks in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. These meetings were made for the training of Pediatric specialists for the design and validation of the Script Concordance Test, in order to continue with the Pedagogical Project carried out worldwide by the PRACTICUM Foundation.
The academic meetings were attended by twenty-three Argentinian Pediatric physicians, who are highly qualified professionals and academic professors from important national institutions within the Pediatric field, such as Hospital de Niños Dr. Ricardo Gutiérrez (Dr. Ricardo Gutierrez Children's Hospital) and Hospital de Pediatría S.A.M.I.C. "Prof. Dr. Juan P. Garrahan" (Dr. Juan H. Garrahan Pediatric Hospital), related to the School of Medicine of the University of Buenos Aires, and the Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires (Italian Hospital), among others.
All specialists participating in these academic events joined to the PRACTICUM International Committee of Experts in Pediatrics, which for three years now has been in charge of the creation and validation of the Script Concordance Test, for its application in continuing medical training program.
In 2011 PRACTICUM FOUNDATION launched the first cognitive acceleration program aimed to support and strengthen the quality of clinical reasoning in health professionals. The e-learning platform for Script Concordance Test is an important pedagogical contribution to the postgraduate medical education.
